Covid-19 Procedure and Preparedness

The safety of our patients and staff is our utmost priority. Throughout the COVDID-19 pandemic, Concise Recovery Center remains open and committed to serving those struggling with substance abuse and addiction, while enforcing safety and prevention as a top priority in regards to COVID-19. Amidst the global health crisis, we’re strictly following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s recommendations and taking as many proactive actions as possible to protect our current and future patients and staff.

Admission Protocol: Concise Recovery Center screens all patients prior to admission to determine personal travel history, potential exposure, potential contact with someone who has traveled to areas of concern, any direct contact by patients with persons diagnosed with COVID-19, and any symptoms of illness. Those who screen positive will not be admitted to treatment. Those who screen negative will be eligible for admission but will be advised to contact their physician or heal care provider.

Staffing: Concise Recovery Center is committed to educating both patients and staff at our facilities regarding COVID-19. Our staff wear masks as recommended by CDC guidelines and best practices. We have educated our staff about COVID-19 to insure our patient’s and staff’s safety. Our essential staff are dedicated to keep our patients safe as we provide medical and clinical excellence while also reducing nonessential staff from coming in and out of the facility. Furthermore, we also have implemented telehealth medical conferences with our physician to meet the medical needs of our patients.

Facility Hygiene: We continue to maintain stringent cleaning and disinfecting procedures daily. We encourage all staff and patients to wash hands thoroughly, use hand sanitizer that is readably available and wear facial coverings. We are also closely monitoring the health of our patients and faculty.
